Language and Text - Input Sources - Check Chinese - Simplified
Displays - Click the button that says Show displays in menu bar
Network - Advanced - Proxies - Set SOCKS Proxy Server to 130.100.100.18 Port: 1080
Network - Advanced - Proxies - delete powerschooltest.saschina.org under Bypass Proxy Settings
Sharing - Uncheck Remote Management for teachers
Applications:
Add AverMedia for the document camera. It's on the current image.
Add Apicmac Timer for Mac application http://www.apimac.com/timer/
Do Software Updates - right now only firmware update needed
Put the password in for the Faculty network
Put the password in for the Student network

Created alias of Quicktime 7 and placed in Applications folder (the new QT can be cumbersome at times)

Changed network settings in Firefox 3.6 to "Use system proxy settings" (new setting) - no need for "Proxy" add-on, etc.
